No, everything is provided.
Can we grill?
Yes, we provide the grills and accessories. You'll need to bring your own charcoal.

Yes, both houses have wifi.
Can we throw a party?
Yes, within reason.
Is smoking allowed?
No, regular and e-cigarettes are both banned indoors. Outside is fine.
Can we book both houses at once?
Yes, as long as both are available.
What if there are more of us than the houses hold?

How far is the sea and Lake Lohja?
The sea is about 300 m away, and Lake Lohja is 1.5 km. It's about an hour's drive from Tallinn.
Is the sauna and hot tub included in the price?
Maxi Saun has a wood-fired sauna in the open living area, included in the nightly rate. Grete Villa has a separate electric sauna and hot tub as a paid extra — sauna €80, sauna with hot tub together €150 (one visit, selectable when booking).
How does booking and payment work?
Pick your dates, fill in your details, and you'll get a proforma invoice right away with two QR codes — bank transfer or Google Pay / Apple Pay. Pay within 2 hours, or the booking is released to other guests.
Are the houses suitable for families with children?
Yes — a big yard with a trampoline, swings, and table tennis.
How many people do the houses sleep?
Grete Villa sleeps up to 10 and Maxi Saun up to 8 — 18 in total if you'd like to book both houses at once.
What is there to do in Lahemaa?
Visit the Cold War-era submarine harbour, Viru Bog, four different manors, swim in the lake and the sea, go on forest hikes, and enjoy events in Võsu, Käsmu, Viinistu, and beyond.
